Starbucks), shops, restaurants, a small grocery (Breaux Mart) and a new Walgreen’s.  The neighbors are nice, mostly young professionals.  The neighborhood is quiet with lots of on street parking at all times of the day.  It’s five blocks from St. Chares St. and a 10-minute drive to Tulane Med.

I will be a first year Tulane Med student (moving from Boston), so I am looking for another med or grad student (preferably female) who wants a nice, clean and fun apartment.  No smoking, no pets please.  I am a long distance runner, I enjoy cooking (I am not a vegetarian) and going out with friends.  The lease is one year starting on July 1, but rent can be prorated for one month.

Hi. My roommate and I are rising fourth years and are sadly moving out of our apartment of two years. It’s a two bedroom, one bathroom at the corner of Napoleon and Carondelet, one block off of St. Charles. It’s a fantastic location; walking distance to the St. Charles street car and Mardi Gras parades, Magazine is nearby and it’s halfway between the uptown and downtown campuses. It’s the converted attic of a traditional New Orleans mansion so all the appliances are new and there is central A/C and heating making the utilities efficient. There is ample street parking and a washer/dryer. The area doesn’t flood so don’t worry about that. The landlords are super laidback.
