I will be a first year Tulane Med student (moving from Boston), so I am looking for another med or grad student (preferably female) who wants a nice, clean and fun apartment.  No smoking, no pets please.  I am a long distance runner, I enjoy cooking (I am not a vegetarian) and going out with friends.  The lease is one year starting on July 1, but rent can be prorated for one month.
